NOMEX hosts a Masterclass in Marketing and Networking meeting in London

Masterclass in marketing from 1 – 3.30pm
1pm – Presentation – Iain Forsyth (UK) & Jane Pollard (UK): “Everything Flows”
Iain and Jane are known for their marketing work with artists such as Adele, Nick Cave, Tom Yorke and The White Stripes to name some few. For the past 10 years Iain & Jane have each worked in the music industry specialising in digital and creative ideas that span on and offline. However, they come from a visual arts and filmmaking background, working together and exhibiting internationally. In their presentation they will discuss their approaches to the creation and distribution of “creative content”, and the shared principles that underpin their groundbreaking work.
2pm Open Brainstorming Session with Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard: In this session Iain and Jane will have an open 15 minute idea development session with five different companies/projects (1 from each of the Nordic Countries) that have been chosen through an application procedure. The session will reveal their working methods and how they go about creating their ideas.
3.30pm Coffee Break
4pm Networking – Round Table Discussions
Questions on how we can strengthen music trade and collaboration between UK and the Nordic countries will be raised to industry professionals from both regions. We look at where we are now and what the future is offering?
